What about those sites like Multiupload where you upload to them once and they distribute to the others for you? I know FTP is not included, but it seems easier than uploading something six times yourself. They generally give you a link back to them to share, but it's not hard to get the direct links for the individual hosts after that. And I know there is at least one that distributes to MediaFire.
