Honestly, I'm not really sure which ones are new or old.
Regarding School Days, I think there are a few patches required to run the game properly. Haven't checked the torrent you linked as I already have my copy.
This thread may catch some attention if there were ddl links instead of torrents though... I might post a few myself (if I ever were to upload my collection).
