Technically they wouldn't be above you, rather on the same level. But you are probably already acting in their stead as it is. Only when it's a group the decision doesn't lie with one person but all of them. A group also brings attention to things which one person may miss. But as long as you stay....uhm...uncorrupted
then all is fine...probably.
