for the first part, you mount the image onto your virtual drive, DaemonTools recommended. Once the image is mounted and the autorun.exe pops up, close the autorun.exe. Now click on the corresponding english patch. It will usually ask you where the disk is, or where a certain file is in the disk. Just find what it is asking for and click on it. Now it will install the game in english. And you should not need to mount all the files. Most of the torrents come with multiple file types to accomodate all the different types of virtual drives and people who burn onto disks. Just choose one to mount, and see if it works when you try to install. if not, try a different file. if you have any more problems, ask and give specifics, and i'll try to help you out.
