Bored & curious and thought I'd make a thread about this:

Where do you get your inspiration for your stories/ideas/characters/theme/etc from?

Mine can pretty much come from anywhere, it's usually more-or-less something I "see" rather than read/hear.

I'd say top 3 places...

1. While riding in the car *When someone else is driving* or sitting on campus at college spacing out...usually a random idea, a certain interaction between people, or specific way the weather and sunlight/time of the day/season is, will give me an idea.

2. Dreams/Day Dreaming.

3. A picture, usually a anime themed wallpaper.

I'd also say: TV/Movies/Anime, but I suppose those sources are pretty common.

I usually immediately jot it down on a txt document on my PC, otherwise I'll forget within an hour.

Also, what was your most inspirational moment for writing/an idea? (Or a favorite particular one). I'm too tired to remember mine, though I do have one, so I'll edit this tmr and post it. It either came from a dream or a book, or a combo of both, I think.
