Yes there is an uncensored/Director's Cut version that was pretty much the DVD release, don't know if anyone subbed that though.
I have only the last ep 'uncut' but forgot where I got it from, been trying to find the rest uncut for awhile now.
And yes its only 12 eps w/ 2 OVAs, wish there were more OVAs.
