And any tips how to get more agile? Like stretching in combination with all-round body workout.
Breathing exercise is an often overlooked but very important.

If you want real application MMA fights are the only thing I can think of watching.

If you want to become more flexible and work your body at the same time yoga is great for that. My friend got something called yoga X and it looked easy but was very intense and a little meditation afterwards gives you a relaxed and peaceful feeling, at least for me.

For agility you need to do exercises like jumping rope, jumping up and down stairs, side stepping, sprinting back and forth short distances, power snatch, sqaut, high box jumps, ladder drills, anything involving moving your body quick. You can google "plyometrics" and see a bunch of other exercises.

And don't forget some reaction training a good one is to have a friend throw a tennis ball at you while u stand in front of a wall and try to dodge the ball with and without moving your feet, also try some snatching of the ball. You can also take that ball and train your eyes. Just toss the ball up as you focus on a single spot, this is to make your peripheral vision better, at first toss it low so the ball is still within your vision. Then start throwing it so it leaves your vision and comes back to it and try to catch or snatch it, throw some spin on it after you master that.
