I'm almost ashamed to admit it but I just finished Cross Game (in one day I might add) and it turned out to be pretty good for a sports manga. I don't normally go for that type of manga but it was complete (always a plus), funny, and yes even romantic. The manga is about baseball but more importantly its about relationships and growing up too.
