what manga is this i cant begin to think any with just this expression page

but now, im looking for manga that ive seen but i dont remember the title becoz the title is pretty long and hard to remember.
what i remember from this manga is the story since when i first read it, its only 1 chapter. the story involved a working girl that got home in the snowy day and found a kid lying in front of the apartment stairs with cat's ear and 2 tails, this kid also surrounded by cats almost like her attendants.
she then treated this kid who looks like got a fever and make a simple porridge. It looks like this working girl pretty tight with her money every month. she sleeps and found that her main room wrecked by those attendant cats.
the point that i really notice from this manga is the artwork is almost as detailed as Naruto, like the pattern of the wood, small dirt, etc
even i dont remember the mangaka.... help please?
