Guardian
Glinting, strands of starlight,
fall off her hair,
framing her ethereal face.
Blurry in a maze of moonlight,
around sway her guardian trees,
shadow and luminance chasing across her skin.
Weaving spells, a wondrous sight,
her hands twirl the air,
gentling the wind till it whispers through the leaves.
Crowding together the trees crone their delight,
a garland of leaves fall on her hair,
marking her as their guardian one.
