Actually the anime industry is in the shits atm losing money left and right. I think they could do a lot of things better but they will not listen to the idea's of the fans and instead do stupid stuff like putting out half baked anime, charging insane prices for 2-4 eps, pulling stupid stunts aka Haruhi ect ect.

Some things that they could do to fix alot of problems are:
- put out English subed anime themselves and sell it to the world market it would not take that much extra effort and should really pay off. I think most anime fans don't even really care for waiting for English dubbed anime.
- offer online English subbed anime that you can download and watch
- Charge fair prices not insane prices
