Furthermore, this is about the strongest anime character. Not about who'd win in a fight. You know, there are some people who'd say Light could easily kill all Z-Fighters(even though I think it's only sure he could kill Kuririn)

Last time a checked the anti-spiral king was defeated by TTGL and so if "maybe" Goku can beat TTGL, then he definitely can beat anti-spiral king.
It's true Goku can't use instant transmission from one place too the next b/c of weak energy signals but he could easily get too TTGL or Anti-spiral king b/c of there high energy signals. Like I said before, find the cockpit and they're history.
