I don't remember seeing it announced anywhere. Where did you get this information? I tried looking and nothing was mentioned.
You said on an earlier post that this filler is a 52 episode arc. Tell this date no arc has been that long each has been ranging from 9 - 27 episodes an arc, Captain Amagai was 21 episode arc for a filler. So this might be a 22 - 27 episode arc.
