I've been wondering about the fourth of the Yonkou lately, and it seems highly likely that the last of these four pillars of piracy would have some strong connection with the Sunny Pirates or some other gyojin/estranged and oppressed non-humans & other exotics/etc. background. And yes, the bizarre shape of one face in that dynamic-shadowed manga panel showing the unidentified two, that did indeed have a major part in this thought.
