I think dragon will show up!
Maybe he is the 4th younko think about in chapter 339 or something. The world goverment did everything in it's power to not let a meeting between WB,shanks and Dragon occur! Also 2 of his closest friends are in the battle Kuma and the rusian Okama! Not to forget his only son and father.
