eh... i really have trouble classifying her under tsundere. maybe i have the misconception though.
tsundere: ill-tempered / lovey-lovey... openly denies any relationship, makes excuses for anything that might be viewed as friendly
yandere: psycho / lovey-lovey... generally extremely jealous, would do *anything* that is in their love's "best interest"
the only similarity between the tsuntsun and the yanderu part is that a yandere can be somewhat shy like a tsundere would, but i would *definitely* not say hitagi is shy anyways.
**i guess in the first couple episodes, she may have come off as tsundere... but i always had the impression she was more proud of showing off interest in araragi rather than embarassed as a tsundere would be ~ to be more clear... it was like she was just waiting for him to make the move while giving off lots of hints.
