Havn't seen the anime so I can't guess where it's from, somebody else is gonna have to guess it. Unless suddenly I watch an anime that starts with the letter 'G' and is by good chance the anime where that animated-gif comes from.
Hmm which to pick out of >200 animes starting with the letter 'G'.
