I need Anime recommendations!

Actually, this time I've narrowed it down quite a bit, last time I finished watching Fate / Stay Night, I thought it was really good, very interesting.

Since then, I've tried to start watching some series that I've heard a lot about; but...its not that they're bad, its just it feels slow and doesn't seem to interest me. It lacks that grip in it that makes me wanna watch more after the first few episodes.

Which brings me back to Fate / Stay Night. I think I heard that 'Fate' was a series of different...series?(volumes?) and 'Stay Night' was just one of them.

So I'm wondering if anyone can recommend me an Anime from the Fate series that would be good to watch having seen Fate / Stay Night.
