現実世界とは異なる「平行世界（パラレル）」に存在する会社・ネオジム綜合充電社に勤める、ドジOLのぷら ぐ・クライオスタットが、同期のアレスタや人間世界の近江閃登ら協力者を得て、生命深度の著しく低い人々に 「充電」作業を行い、魂の回復を促しながら、自らに隠された意味と六角関係に立ち向かう物語。
Roughly translated plot:
"bascially: parallel world, company, clumsy OL, go to human world to partner with the guy. "recharge" ppl who are in despair. restore spirits. hidden hexangonal relationship."
