Thankfully its ending. The first version was miles better IMHO.

^yeah, but this one had potential. Feels a bit forced and cut short.
and it doesn’t feel as much of a stretch from the original story as the E7 pocket full of rainbows movie did, at least to me…

unless this all takes place in the movie’s world in the future. ¬_¬ none of this is explained very well.

It’s been explained very well…
There are (at-least) two worlds
The corral is the bridge between them
The corral is sentient
Eureka gave birth to Ao in another world, after traveling through the corral, which is set 2,000 years before the world that Eureka and Renton live in…
The entire storyline is set some years after Eureka and Renton travel to the moon for their honeymoon.

You can have a sequel set in the past… Time travel makes anything possible!

I like how you completely ignored my mention of the movie, they never really cover whether he carves the moon up in the movie timeline, which is the differentiation I was attempting to make.. you are right, but in isolation to the TV serialization.

El Psy Congroo ~ Wrong series…

It was a decent ending, if only it was a few minutes longer. I wanted to see the world he ended up in.
