yes, finally proper subs, the first episode subbers, were the worst

But why horriblesubs release with size 360p not 720p or 480p?
Anyone know abut that?

If you woul know Horriblesubs, you would know why there is only a 360p version. Visit their website and your answer will come right away^^

They’re using the funi webcast, which is why the quality is so low.

Gah… Sorry, but can’t stand Crunchy/Funi subs or quality. Was too traumatized by numerous previous encounters.

was thinking of doing the same with shiki (copy the TLs, time it, and put it on a good raw) but just so time consuming to do on your own

As long as it was timed to one of the releases out there all’s you’d have to do is a few minor timing corrections to make it match up with your Raw. Of coarse I wouldn’t waste my time timing an untimed transcript

And if I were doing the copying I wouldn’t have to worry to much about having an untimed script cause I wouldn’t just copy it by typing what I saw on the video. I’d be using an OCR program like Subrip which results in a timed SRT file then I’d just do some minor adjustments to make it sync up with the Raw. Of coarse I don’t plan on actually doing all that cause by the time I’d finish there’d already be another better release out by some other sub group.

Hmm, this anime does seem like it could have a decent story. :) Has potential, thanks for upload.

The only gripe I have with this anime is the sudden cross overs of modern day “culture” (Dango? Students in Nazi SS youth uniforms? Swords and magic? What?) And then all of a sudden knights in armor on horse back…

I know it’s fantasy with RPG elements in the anime… but umm… lol.

Over all, still a potentially good anime. :)

late 19th/early 20th century, alternate history where magic is more pre-eminent than technology, the show does have a Full Metal Alchemist feel to it.

Got potential and looks quite promising.
Looking forward to the future quality episodes
