Do you have the one with the filename with:

in it, or the other one? The other one ( [21E91CA2] ) is supposed to be buggy, but this one ( [EC7E1D10] ) is supposed to be fine.

I don’t know though, I haven’t downloaded it yet.

I don’t know what they fixed, but comparing both versions, the video quality atleast is exactly the same, which is to say, rather poor. I can only assume that SFW pulled their raw from a lowgrade webcast.
Its not unbarable, but is annoying.

@conduit yes the video should be the same (unless they screwed up). Also, SFW doesn’t really do “HD” releases.

Considering it’s only 160mb this kinda should be expected.

Well i had both versions both are quite the same. The quality is a bit poor n they’r full of bugs. Trying megaupload now.

It may be you just need to update your codecs to play the video correctly. Assuming you use windows, get CCCP if you haven’t already. I had to update mine to play some videos correctly recently too.

This episode was better than the previous 2 considerably. Although I will porbably continue to like the manga much more, I hope the anime stays at this new level at least.

It’s not actual 720p, it’s just 1280×720, but that’s hardly relevant since people know what you’re talking about anyway. :P

Because there is no group that put subs on the 720p raw yet.

You can either wait for that or download the raw and put some other subs on it yourself, though I’m sure you don’t know how to do that.

Can you mangafags shut the fuck up? Nothing is EVER as good as the original, no adaptation has ever held a candle to the source material, and anime is no different.

deathnote anime was on par w/ manga

everyone has right to sound its opinion, don’t need to be offended, some anime better than the manga like kenshin, baka no test, etc. actually this episode three no much different from the manga (well u cant say manga story start from this eps) i guest the next one and later will be no much different manga and anime don’t need to compare any more.
