Yeah the first was definitely crap.
However, though it was crap, it somehow felt like it could have potential – if they are doing it correctly but highly unlikely if they keep doing it like the first episode.

Something diff for a change is good rather than your typical school-based theme anime with a guy that many girls love him…

Tssk! They’ve totally distorted the beginning of the manga. Akira acts like an idiot, and so does Mina. Why did they have to invent such a beginning? They had everything they needed in the manga.

I don’t really see whats such a huge problem, FMA went ofcourse from the manga and everyone still loved that. its also not the first time its happened… I havn’t read the manga for this yet, but I’ll probually start reading it after the anime which I actually quite enjoyed

We have two episodes of introduction, now main plot should start and anime will start to be awesome.

I don’t like how they changed the character introductions. I mean come on amnesia, again, talk about an overused concept. Aspects of the manga are graphic but the intro didn’t need to be changed imo. I like the assured and independent portrayal of Akira; in the anime he’s more a victim of circumstance.

Did anyone else like the most loli-lishious scenes since KnJ?
He may deny her cuteness and charm, but I’d fall for it. ^_^
