can someone tell me a thing, how much (approximately) does it take to sub an episode ?

depends on the series and the fansubs.

Sub groups often have a team of individuals working on any one episode. In most credits you can see the people involved usually from 5 to 10 individuals. Translators, timers, font, karaoke, editors, etc. Dattebayo is probably able to accomplish high demand series like Bleach in about 6 hours which is an amazing feat. Other sub groups may take several days as most subs groups are just people spread out across the world, passing on their work to the person next in line through the internet. I guess we don’t appreciate the hard work sometimes cause we may take it for granted. But then again, there are a lot of other hard workers, uploading and spending time to make awesome sites like ANIMETAKE!!!
