Lelouch is not dead. Remember when Lelouch touched her and he saw vision of her past? But in the end, Nunnaly touched Lelouch after he was stabbed and she saw vision of what happened. With that, you can say that Lelouch gained the Geass Immortality and didn’t die.

ok here is something for you to all ponder! wat about if Lelouch took the Code from CC like Charles did on VV…. that would make him a warlock and immortal which was a promise he mad to CC in R1…. so if he did do that wouldn’t that mean that he could fake his death etc!!!! therefore Lelouch may still be alive!
