However, even if this is so, we shouldn't let anime consume our lives. For some, it is a way of life, otakus. For others, it is simply leisurely entertainment. Don't forget to LIVE your lives, not just sitting in front of a screen watching some fantasy world. I like the fantasy world, we all have our vices for escapism from reality but remember to come back to earth. Hang out with friends, talk, learn about things outside of the realm of anime and the work you must do. It never hurts to expand your repertoire of hobbies and abilities. If you haven't noticed, a real life conversation is drastically different from ones you see on anime. The subtle body language that cannot be mimicked, the intrigue of a variety of conversational styles, and laughter shared with another human being all things you cannot experience truthfully from an anime episode. They clearly have it all wrong! Most of the popular anime are not age-related, and have an actual plot which unfolds, making it actually hard sometimes for younger/weak minds to fully understand, or to an extent about the complexity of the whole plot.
