Hmm… well, a graphics card won’t help you, unless the content is at a supported avc level and other various stupid things are in working order. (correctly registered dll’s, right drivers, etc.)

You should try switching mpc to Haali renderer under output options. Apparently it helped Veri.

Also, I don’t know how often you defrag, but it depends a lot on disk output as well.

I dunno Nagase, try using Any video Converter The quality isn’t THAT good but its passable and its pretty user-friendly too if Alltoavi didn’t work out for you.

Also, yeah, 1280×720 is the norm. 1280×800 is probably your laptop’s max resolution.

I was able to convert it to a .xvid without any problems and is about 600MB. Im uploading now to Megaupload at 140kb/sec so give me about 20mins.
