UPDATE: A little bit of slightly good news. somedouches have realeased a transport stream (.ts) of Bounen no Xam’d episode 12. So…maybe we’ll see some HD releases soon for episodes 13+? No guarantees but just seeing as to how they’re still releasing means other groups might be as well.

no, it just so happens that ChoCoPie released theirs in a really (REALLY) low quality format. Personally, the grey instead of black really turns me off. At this point, I’m willing to take a slightly lower resolution but the colour is just way too off for me to take. But hey! We should be thankful that 13 was released at all.

So, like some of you guys have noticed, still no HD?? What’s going on?! Here’s what’s happening.

SEC(Sony)/Aniplex are stalking uploaders on their shows right now, including this one. File sharers in the US and UK have been receiving C&D/takedown notices from BayTSP forwarded by their ISPs. Some have had direct threats on their internet connections as a result, and at least one has had their internet connection cut off without warning. A few claim to have been contacted even before completing a download.

Basically, the people are being told to stop uploading the Xam’d episodes or their internet gets cut off…so they’re probably scared and we don’t get our HD…unless…someone is kind enough to upload it…
