1. We don’t know who Murumasa belongs to.
2. Kenpachi doesn’t know the name of his Zanpakutou.

if they do “say” a name for his zanpakuto, its fake anyway, we know its a filler, because in the non-fillers, kenpachi does not know the name of his zanpakuto
