The subs were white for me not babyblue for the MKV. The AVI was blue tho.

To Sir Skitzo:

If you don’t want to watch the SD version, and you know you have all the right shit (CCCP/HMS/whatever), try this:

Double click the DirectVobSub icon on the lower right (up pointing green arrow), and then hit apply. Don’t change anything. Just hit apply. The subs will pop up.

AoShen fansub says :- No, we’re not dropping Birdy; possible problems to no subtitles may be the lack of font attachment; mmg version; aegi version. Please bare with us as we test each one of these things in the future. If all fails, we will have to resort to encoding an mkv and then mux it. In the meanwhile, stick with the Xvid.
