The reason the first one wasn’t too good in my opinion, is they were too busy re-introducing the characters for those who didn’t watch the first season.

It’s pretty sad I googled for about 10min and found a dedicated server that let’s you upload 100g a month for $30 a month. It’s cheap, it’s out there. You just have to look for it.

Yes, I know/did all that. For some reason, the subs aren’t popping up. Eh, I’ll figure it out eventually.

Try right clicking in media player classic and going to navigate then subtitle language.

That was the first thing I tried. No go : /.

Make SURE you have the latest cccp, go into the options and select “Autoload vsfilter”.

We nee to update the FAQ with settings and stuff. You should also, under mpc options, have Playback>Output set to Haali renderer.

Yes, yes, I know all that and have the latest cccp :p; been watching anime for many years now. Thanks for posting the .ass and responding, but I found a fix. Not sure why this happens, or why the fix works the way it does, but whatever.

You’re certain you did everything I said?

Try -mpc>Options>External Filters>Add Filter>DirectVobSub(Autoloading version)
Then select the “prefer” option next to it.

That eliminated the audio. still no subs.

If you don’t want to watch the SD version, and you know you have all the right shit (CCCP/HMS/whatever), try this:

Double click the DirectVobSub icon on the lower right (up pointing green arrow), and then hit apply. Don’t change anything. Just hit apply. The subs will pop up.

The subs were white for me not babyblue for the MKV. The AVI was blue tho.
