It’s ok i already watched it, i just don’t like how GG interprets translations. So doesn’t matter waiting for something else to come out.

I agree that GG isn’t very good because they “Americanize” translations. I hate that. But I will still be watching theirs unless another one comes out before.

I think the reason they Americanize them is that it makes it more understandable for people who don’t know japanese culture that well.

I’m not going to state my preferences because Booyahdude would get all butt-hurt and say I’m whining like last time. So I’ll just tell you if you never heard a japanese word in your life and you are starting from a clean state born and raised in the mid west america or whatever, gg is your choice. If that is not you, other subbers would be your preference.

I understand that they do it to make it understandable to people like that. Sometimes that is alright. But there are times if you Americanize or change the translation to match what you prefer more, it will loose the meaning of what the anime was supposed to be. Small or big, it gets annoying. If there is something in there English speakers won’t get, translated correctly, then leave a translator note on what it means. Then, everyone who doesn’t know learns something. Since GG doesn’t do that, I dislike them more then others.

Considering the people that actually need subs are people that don’t know Japanese, I think it’s fine if it is Americanized. Though the term Americanized I don’t like cause it’s more englishized cause not all of us are from America… As long as the gist is made clear it is win, don’t insult subbers that give their time for our enjoyment, if you don’t have anything nice to say cut your tongue off and stick it up your ass. Oh and Lvhina just from that one post I can tell Booya is a far superior human-being, you don’t deserve to even type his name.
